The core values of our company has been created by a combination of our
morals and ethics. The morals are our behaviors and beliefs regarding how
we treat each one of our clients. From those, we have been able to create a
code of ethics in which our staff follows in order to provide quality and compassionate in-home care.
Our name “G-E-N-U-I-N-E” symbolizes each of the core values we stand by.
COMPANY BACKGROUND
Genuine Favors Home Health & Training Agency was established in 2020 by
a team of healthcare experts. The team has over 10 years of experience in providing in -home care, inpatient acute, and long-term care servicing Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities. Genuine Favors understands that quality, in-home care plays a tremendous
role in the promotion of independence and health & wellness.
As a result, the passion to step in and provide G.E.N.U.I.N.E care became a top priority. Teaming up with other experienced
health care providers, Genuine Favors created a plan to guide individuals along their
journey of health promotion and wellness within their homes or community environments.
In addition, the Genuine Favors team also understood how important it is to pass along these experiences and knowledge.
Thus, the decision was made to offer specialized skills training and continuing
education to others providing similar services.
